Understand Customer’s Need
Specification
Before we quote, we need to know the type( such as elbow, tee, socket, reducer) and size(from 20mm to 110mm) of the plastic pipe fittings product to be molded. It is better to have the sample or dimensional drawing of the product.
Product Plastic Material
We need to know the plastic material of the product, such as PP, PVC, PPR, or PE. this is important for us to choose the right material for the mold.
Mold Material
Mold material is one of the most important concerns of our customers. Commonly used pipe fitting mold materials are P20, 718H,H13,2316, 4cr13,S136..etc
Production Output
Annual production output is a key factor in determining the number of cavities in a mold.
Machine Size
